I see a world where awakened and curious people make the positive impact they’re meant to. They’re living their best lives while feeling great about themselves, satisfied with their success and fulfilled through their contributions.

In my early transitions I didn’t have a process. I didn’t know what I didn’t know or how to navigate my transitions. I often didn’t even think of what I was going through as a transition.
From my experiences, I’ve created two programs.
The program that focuses specifically on those of us who are non-professional caregivers is The Caregiver’s Journey. (Spoiler alert: More than 1 in 5 of us are currently in roles of non-professional caregiving support. If you see the potential of becoming a caregiver on your horizon, I have tips, strategies, lessons and stories to help you before your journey begins – I call it The Caregiver’s Primer ™ and it’s the first phase of The Caregiver’s Journey).
The program that focuses on us intentionally navigating transitions in all areas and roles of our lives is Intentionally Navigating Transitions ™.
I created both programs first for me and now for you. They turn crossroads in our lives into transformations, moving us intentionally from where we are to something even more amazing – often something we hadn’t realized was possible.

I know what it feels like to be standing at the edge of the abyss in our life – or to be down in the abyss – not knowing where to turn, what to do, or who to talk with.
I’ve navigated the transition of having my career and future excitedly planned out and having that change in an instant when my horse accidentally kicked me in the knee.
I’ve navigated the transition from being the adoring daughter of my hero, my Dad, to journeying with him as a caregiver through his diagnosis of a type of Dementia.
I’ve navigated the transition from being a consistent top performer in our company and achieving the highest recognition, to realizing it wasn’t where I wanted to be, having no idea where to turn, what to do, or who to talk with.
I’ve navigated the journey of being single into my late forties in a career that had me traveling frequently and doing what I wanted when I wanted, to falling in love and marrying Jack – the love of my life – becoming part of his large family, embracing his desire to move, retire, and travel.
I’ve navigated the transition from loving my career and the company I worked in, to walking in one day, learning our company had been sold, and being told my job was eliminated.
I’ve navigated the transition from being the loving wife and partner with Jack, to our being told he was now an Alzheimer’s patient and I was now his caregiver – the path we’ve been journeying together for the past nine years.
I’ve navigated the transition from living my life being who I thought others wanted me to be, to discovering who I’m meant to be, recreating my life, and living with joy from the highest expression of who I am.
I’ve become the master of transitions, and I’m here to help you become the master of yours.
I don’t want your transitions to be as difficult as mine were or take you as long to learn how to intentionally and successfully navigate them as it took me.
I want your transitions to be opportunities for you to explore – through unquenchable curiosity – your potential and possibilities, creating something amazing in your life.
Imagine waking up feeling confident and secure, knowing what you want and how to achieve it.
Imagine your feeling of satisfaction with who you are and where you are in life.
Imagine your peace of mind knowing when you come to your next crossroad, you’ll be able to use it to navigate to something even more amazing in your life.
Imagine your excitement when you explore your life with unquenchable curiosity and discover potential and possibilities you hadn’t realized.
